PUZZLE is a computer with multidimensional screens for children to experience tactile feedback when interacting with the digital screen. PUZZLE utilizes a hinge system that detects angles between screens to bring physics back to the digital. Children can create dynamic contents by folding and rotating screens.

The concept device, both physical design and also software design, was prototyped through iterations of technical investigations.I prototyped 360-degree hinges that actively read the angle of connected screen and developed softwares that respond to the shape of transformed screens.

The softwares were developed in Unity game and designed to communicate the device’s main feature which is the digital space is reflected from the physical shape of the screen.
